Circuit Board Assembly

You (the Customer) Provide

PCB , COMPONENTS, and DRAWINGS
PCB must have reference designators and polarity signs clearly marked.
We can work from drawings with polarity and reference Designators on it. Pin 1 must be clearly
marked by some visible mark.   

Wire lengths in inches or feet.

Bill Of Material [BOM] with component designators and item reference that match the schematic
and the bare board. Description of part.[ie:Zener Diode 5.0V, or Capacitor , 0.01uf,50V,Ceraminc, ]
with quantities needed.

Highlight or mark in RED any components NOT installed or not in kit.
Should have reference designator, description and footprint package of all parts used in
assembly.

Sample or model board.

Pick up and delivery is negotiable. Either by hand carry (small fee) or UPS.

24 hr. turn-around is available on small orders . Time frame will be when all components are “in
house” and any questions on the assembly answered.  UPS delivery here is in late afternoon.

Depending on the package size of component and amount of components in the assembly, will
determine the cost of assembly.   Rate will be by the piece.  We reserve to right to re-negotiate
after 30 days.

All soldering will be with water soluble solder and washed under hot running water unless you specify you want
something different.  Let us know when parts cannot get wet.

Terms are Net 30 days.
Customer pays for shipping.

Product warranty will be limited to assembly-related problems.  Not liable for defective parts.  Any
repair parts will be supplied by customer.

Insurance coverage for  all customer products which are in our possession and lost by theft or
fire.  Acts of God not covered.

Our work shop is equipped with ESD solder irons, ESD Desolder machine, hot air machine, board holders,
ESD trays all hand tools necessary to complete our work.  Heat gun and fume extractor. Microscope for
inspection and magnified lights. ESD floor and bench mats with wrist straps for static control. If special tools
are needed, you furnish for first month and then we will purchase our own if the work continues.
